Dodge any incoming blows and execute a grapple when the onscreen prompt appears. Once Schroeder is down and out, search his apartment for his notebook. Investigate it closely and flip the pages until the clue is entered into your notebook. While driving, dispatch requests assistance with a robbery in progress.
Drive to the bank marked on your mini-map. Utilize cover and take out the gunmen posted outside the bank. Now, move forward and post up next to the entrance.
Peek through the door and take out the remaining robbers. Your sole objective in this case is to chase down and subdue the fleeing suspect. Chase him through the alleyways and then up a ladder and fire escape to the roof. Note: Cole will jump obstacles, leap over gaps and climb ladders and drainpipes automatically. Simply run toward them and let him do the rest. Once on the roof, the suspect high-tails it up a drainpipe. Follow him. Continue the chase on the rooftops. Your next acrobatic feat is to jump from one building to the next.
After one final leap, the chase is almost at an end. The suspect decides to play a little dirty and sucker punch Cole. Begin the fight by dodging his first punch and then take the offensive.
