Thanks for helping guyz. The words you need to find are "cannot repair". There may be additional logs in that file so you could try deleting the log and then running sfc again. There is some way of isolating the lines with cannot repair in them which I read about somewhere I'll try to find it again. All I could find is a lot of other threads with the same file being shown as corrupt by SFC, absolutely no information on what it is.
