No Yes Read Review Speedy delivery I've worked with Clera three times now and every time the delivery is quite speedy. If there are ever any concerns, they are dealt with right away. I always tell my friends to consider Clera if they're looking for great service in the GTA.

No Yes Pleased with price and quality We had Clera install 10 new windows in our house and they did a great job! We had a few estimates from different countries and Clera was by far the cheapest! While there he was able to provide me not only a quote, but information about the window construction and manufacturing, comparable companies that I was also getting quotes from and how COVID might impact the timeframe between ordering and installation.

I ordered with Clera and though there were some COVID induced delays to the installation, the installers went absolutely above and beyond when they installed my windows and I am extremely pleased with both the quality of the windows and the quality of the installation and would happily recommend them. We did 10 windows and 2 sliding doors, and have on order additional windows, after seeing the quality and appreciating how new windows have helped keep our house warm. Dennis worked with us to determine new window configurations and was able to take us to their showroom by appointment to see the windows.

We understand restrictions and risk, but were investing a lot of money to purchase something sight unseen. We choose Clera for the warranty, and hope we never use it. When our one window arrived it was measured wrong. Russel, the installer was able to order a replacement immediately and it arrived a few weeks later. Chris came to our home to do an estimate. Chris has been doing this for 25 years. We were impressed with his knowledge. We had a long wait- due to Covid of 6 months But it was definitely worth the wait. Chris, Christian and Rory from Div 55 arrived promptly at the agreed time and proceeded to do an excellent installation!
